Our Phillumenist Collection Fred Cylinder and Cyd Small & Large boxes are packaged with Swiss Post eco-friendly boxes and shipped only in Switzerland and in the U.S. We partnered with DHL Express to ensure your orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from bank authorization clearance upon purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number when the order has been dispatched. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Our Matchbook Prints are shipped within 2-5 working days with Royal Mail in the UK/EU/CH and with USPS in the U.S. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination. Prints replaced free of charge if lost or damaged in transit.

The Match Matching Game - New York City Restaurants edition is shipped out with Swiss Post Priority Plus only in Switzerland and in the U.S. "Track & Trace" enables you to access the current status of your package at any time. Delivery lead time is usually between 3-7 business days from the order date.
