Returns & Refunds

Kindly note all returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of your original purchase. If 14 days have passed since the products were delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the returns of products. Kindly ensure your return shipment is carefully packaged to guarantee its safe return. We recommend repacking your returned product(s) in the original shipping materials used by us. When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. OH, WHAT A MATCH! will not be responsible for any parcels lost in transit and any damage that occurs during return shipping. We will not exchange or offer gift cards on items that are returned in what we deem to be damaged or unsaleable condition. 

To make a return please email info@ohwhatamatch.com with a receipt or proof of purchase. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unfortunately, OH, WHAT A MATCH! is not responsible for any duty reimbursement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ohwhatamatch.com.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email info@ohwhatamatch.com within 48 hours of delivery to inform us of any damages. Should an item be damaged, while it is being shipped to you by us, OH, WHAT A MATCH! will provide you with a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
