Our Fred Cylinder and Cyd Small & Large boxes are packaged with Swiss Post eco-friendly boxes and processed from Lugano, Switzerland. We partnered with DHL Express to ship all our orders within 3-5 business days from bank authorization clearance upon purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number when the order has been dispatched. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Our matchbook prints are shipped within 2-5 working days with First Class Mail in UK/EU/CH and DHL Express Courier to the US. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination. Prints replaced free of charge if lost or damaged in transit.
